The conference book of abstracts will be published as a book with an assigned ISBN. This book will contain abstracts of all the presented articles, poster presentations, oral communication, etc.

Abstract Book can be published for free (containing up to 200 abstracts) until 31 December 2024. If the number of abstracts is more than 200, it will be calculated at the rate of $5 per abstract.
(Note: The Abstract Book can only be published free of charge after the Proposal Form has been approved.)

Make necessary preparations for publication
The conference organizer should collect all abstracts and send them to us in a single editable word file format. The Abstract Book will be published within 4-8 weeks.
The conference's abstract book will include abstracts or extended abstracts following the provided abstract structure. Please note that all the content should be written in English.
The author(s) is encouraged to write an informative abstract by focusing on its background, objective, and conclusion. |

The paper's title, author(s) name, affiliations, and keywords should be provided as well. |

The number of words of the “Abstract” should be between 200 and 400. |

Conference special issue includes the full-length articles that were exhibited in an academic conference. To be included in the special issue, articles must undergo a rigorous peer review process and are free from publication and plagiarism, then be selected based on their scientific quality and merit. The conference organizers are welcome to publish conference articles in the special issue.

Select a journal for your conference
The journal selection should be based on its relevance to the conference theme. Click here to submit you proposal form.
Review articles
Conference organizers will be responsible for conference articles management including peer review. You are free to select the reviewers, but all reviewers must be suitably qualified experts in the field.
Prepare for publication
The conference organizer submits the all articles in an editable word file to AcademicEvents simultaneously. 4 weeks for copyediting are required after receiving all the contents
Final publication confirmation
We will not publish any contents until the entire collection of articles meets our publication requirements.

After the agreement is made, the next process should be done by SciencePG:
Compile proceedings
We will ensure the entire collection of articles meets SciencePG publication requirements. Proceedings articles should be sent to SciencePG in batches.
Proofread
Before publishing, we will send final proceedings in pdf file for proofreading. Any changes or suggestions can be raised during this stage.
Final publication of proceedings
You can share and download finally published proceedings now.

The conference organizer looks at the aims & scope of the journal, then chooses to work with journals that are closely related to the topic of the conference. Once accepted, the full article will be published online according to the topic in the following partner journals. All accepted articles will be published online 10-60 days after receiving the final draft.
In addition, authors of accepted abstracts are kindly advised to submit the full articles for publication in the partner journal.
